Boosters host bđ«đđđ€đđđŹđThe Saratoga Music Boosters are hosting their annual pancake breakfast Sunday, April 30, 8 a.m.-12:30 p.m., at Saratoga High School.The fundraiser features performances by music groups from Redwood Middle School and Saratoga High School, an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast, auction and raffles.Tickets are $25 at saratogamusicboosters.org. Fire safety classesThis spring, the Santa Clara County Fire Department will hold several webinars to help prepare residents for the areaâs unpredictable fire season. Concert honors ShepardThe Choral Project and San Jose State University’s Choraliers are marking the 25th anniversary of the murder of Matthew Wayne Shepard April 14-15 with the South Bay premiere of Craig Hella Johnsonâs oratorio, âConsidering Matthew Shepard.âShepard was a 21-year-old student at the University of Wyoming who was beaten and tortured for being gay and tied to a fence on the outskirts of Laramie, where he was left to die alone. DENVER (KDVR) -- A man was accused of accidentally firing a shot that killed a woman in Denver's Montbello neighborhood Saturday afternoon.Eric Robles-Villa, 25, is being held for investigation of reckless manslaughter.Denver police said around 1 p.m., Denver 911 received a report of a shooting at a house in the 5500 block of North Abilene Street. Fire causes extensive damage, dog rescued An adult woman was found and taken to a local hospital where she was later pronounced dead.Investigators learned that Robles-Villa had accidentally fired one gunshot.
